At A Shot Above of WNC, we love what we do and we always give our best effort to be professional, courteous, and ON-TIME because we respect your time and your schedule.  We do our best to work around everyone's schedule for efficiency.

 

Sometimes our clients, or our clients-clients have scheduling conflicts and life happens. If you have to cancel please let us know as SOON as you can in order to avoid fees and to get YOUR property photographed ASAP.

A Shot Above standard Cancellation Fees:

​

48 Hour - For cancellations that take place within 48 hours of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory $50 fee. 

​

24 Hour - For cancellations that take place within 24 hours of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory $75 fee. 

​

Day of the Shoot - For cancellations that take place on the Same Day of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory 50% of the scheduled services.

* The above noted fee is NOT applied to the actual package or credited to your account. This fee will also get sale taxes added at time of invoice.
